Do you still film and photograph at conventions?
Yep! Nothing’s changing. We’ll always take photos and videos at cons completely free of charge.
These paid packages are only for private, out-of-con shoots we plan together.
How do I book a shoot?
Fill out the form linked above. We’ll set up a quick planning call to chat about ideas, locations, and vibes – then confirm your slot.
How far in advance should I book?
We only take a few sessions each month so we can give them our full focus.
The earlier the better – early birds get the best spots.
Where will the shoot take place?
Wherever fits your cosplay! We’ll help find or scout the right spot – urban, forest, castle, beach – whatever matches your character/s.
What if I don’t know how to pose?
No worries. We’ve worked with thousands of cosplayers and will guide you through posing, props, and presentation. You’ll look great, and feel comfortable doing it!
How long does a shoot last?
It depends on your package. Each tier offers different shoot times and edit counts, but all give you enough time to relax and get plenty of variety.
What’s included in the price?
Every package comes with:
- Pre-shoot planning call
- Location scouting
- Direction, lighting & posing help
- High-quality edited photos (varies by package)
- Private online gallery – full-size + Instagram-ready
When will I get my photos?
We’ll give you a clear delivery timeline upfront – no ghosting, no guessing.
Can I book with friends?
Absolutely. We love group shoots – our packages are built to capture the chemistry between characters.
Do you offer video too?
For now, we’re focusing on photography. Only behind-the-scenes video is offered in the ‘Legend’ tier.
Video options may come later – if you’re keen, tell us on your call!
How much does it cost?
We’ve got three tiers based on shoot length, edit count, and group size.
You’ll find all the rates in the form – pick what suits you best.
Can I get a refund if something changes?
If you need to reschedule, just let us know.
We’ll always do our best to be flexible – full details are in the form.
Who will I be working with?
Your shoot will be run by Emi and Alice (and sometimes Osh) – the same crew who film and photograph at conventions. You’ll get our experience, creativity, and unhealthy obsession with good lighting.
