Our Gamescom Cosplay 2022 video is live now!
Every year, hundreds of thousands of people descend on Cologne, Germany for Gamescom, one of the biggest gaming conventions in the world. Every year, the level of cosplay on display gets better and better. This year was no exception, with some truly outstanding costumes on show. Here are just a few of our favourites!
We were there to record a Cosplay Music Video featuring so many of the incredible cosplayers from around the convention.
Arataki Itto – Genshin Impact
Taryn Cosplay ‘s Arataki Itto is a massive fan favourite and we were lucky enough to get to film with Taryn at the convention.
Shodan – System Shock
This incredible cosplay by Lightning Cosplay was absolutely stunning, with a lighting system that was incredible to behold. Watch our video above to see this full cosplay in live action.
Mad Moxxi – Borderlands
Those who are familiar with the Borderlands video game franchise will no doubt recognize the character of Mad Moxxi. The cell shading wig, and detachable hat blew our minds!
Bunny Soldier 76 – Overwatch
We love a great mash-up cosplay and this Soldier 76 / DVA / Playboy Bunny threatened to break the internet and was one of the stand outs from the Gamescom Cosplay of 2022!
Jinx – League of Legends
Jinx is one of our favourite League characters to see cosplayed, and this design was no exception, bringing an amazing showgirl vibe to this iconic character!
Bowser – Super Mario
No gaming convention would be complete without some Super Mario love and this Bowser cosplay absolutely blew us away!
